In connection with the restructuring of Koks Group's management, the company OOO Koks-Mining has been created

 This is a subsidiary of OAO Koks (Kemerovo) that will include all of the group's coal-producing and processing companies (Berezovskaya Central Processing Plant, Uchastok Koksovy Extraction Plant, the Vladimirskaya and Romanovskaya mines, and the Tikhov, Butovskaya and Biryulinskaya mines) now under construction.
The goal of this reorganization is to boost the effectiveness of the management of the Group's coal assets, to concentrate its strengths and resources on top-priority business lines, and to accelerate the commissioning of mines under construction.
