Deal on Acquisition of 100% Stake in Mantra Resources Limited Completed

 ARMZ Uranium Holding Co. has completed a deal announced in December 2010 to purchase 100% shares (137,576,308 pcs) and all the options of Australia-based Mantra Resources Limited that develops a number of assets in Tanzania and Mozambique.
The key project by Mantra Resources Limited is Mkuju River Project in Tanzania with the reserves of more than 39,000 tons of uranium.
Under the terms of the deal, Mantra shareholders will receive AU$ 7.02 per share, including AU$ 6.87 in cash funds from ARMZ Uranium Holding Co. and a cash dividend of AU$ 0.15 from Mantra.
