The natural gas penetration level in the Stavropol Krai is at 96.2 per cent

The parties discussed the progress with the Cooperation Agreement and the Gasification Accord.
Particular attention was paid to further enhancement of the regional gas penetration level.
The Cooperation Agreement between Gazprom and the Stavropol Krai Government was signed in June 2006, the Gasification Accord – in May 2006.
At present, the natural gas penetration level in the region is at 96.2 per cent including 98.8 per cent in cities and towns, and 90.1 per cent in the rural area. The identical figures throughout Russia average 63.2, 67.5 and 45.5 per cent respectively.
