Krasny Kotelshchik started fitting and welding of the first 4 assemblies of Module No.7 for HRSG No.1 at Nyagan GRES

As noted by the Company’s experts, the modules of the HRSG for Nyagan GRES are the heaviest ones, when considering history of all orders undertaken by Krasny Kotelshchik in manufacturing HRSGs. The weight of the heaviest HRSG Module is about 150 tons, and the total weight of the HRSG intended for operation in the Combined-Cycle Plant with a capacity of 450 MW at Nyagan GRES is about 4000 tons.
At present, there are 3 thousand tons of finned tubes, having a length of 22 m with diameters 32 and 38 mm, have been produced by TKZ, which are to be used for fitting and welding of 4 assemblies of Module No.7 of the said HRSG. Upon completing, the module assemblies are to be hydrostatically tested, and it is expected that they will be released for shipment in September this year. The last modules of this HRSG are to be completed in January 2011.
In the future, Krasny Kotelshchik will manufacture for Nyagan GRES other two HRSGs. Next order for fabrication of assemblies for Modules of HRSG No.2 has been already started so that pre-assembled modules for HRSG No.2 for Nyagan GRES will be delivered to the Customer beginning with quarter II of the year 2011.
