Hevel Group expands production capacity to 260 MW

The company also launched manufacturing bifacial 5-busbar PV cells and modules with 380 W front sheet capacity, wherein a back sheet of a cell secures additional 10 per cent output. Furthermore Hevel decided to keep operating smartwire line aiming to meet ongoing customers’ requests.

In 2017 Hevel Group converted its thin-film fab line to heterojunction technology and after successful transfer to serial production performed by its own R&D center the company regularly implements modernization programs designed to improve efficiency of solar cells and modules.

Hevel’s current pipeline exceeds 1 GW including 379 MW already commissioned and 178 MW to be constructed in Kazakhstan.
