Chernomortransneft installs new equipment for continuous power supply of oil pump stations

The work under this project was carried out in compliance with general technical requirements to power transformers with voltage from 35 to 220 kV according to the previously approved schedule.     
             
In the course of modernization all the transformers at Kushchevskaya-1,2 PS have been replaced. Due to the design concept it has become possible to greatly reduce the size and net weight of transformers during the installation process. Furthermore, the consumption of transformer oil has been reduced by a decade when compared to the similar equipment; devices for online monitoring of hydrogen in oil and its film-type protection have been installed. All these innovations enable to reduce the probability of internal defects significantly, increase the efficiency and extend the service life of power transformers.

All the work under the project was carried out in compliance with the work schedule according to the regulatory documents of Transneft, JSC without decrease in the oil throughput volume.
