Naftogaz Offers Gas Transmission Capacities for Gas Imports from Europe

Naftogaz is ready to discuss conditions for the use of available capacities with the companies wishing to import natural gas from Europe to Ukraine via the Slovak route. Naftogaz will offer its partners a flexible cooperation framework based on volumes and period of gas supply.

Interested companies are encouraged to send an official request letter addressed to Naftogaz Chairman of the Board signed by authorized persons, with a seal and contact information.

If the necessary gas transmission capacities are available during the specified period, Naftogaz will provide the contractor with the list of documents required for verification procedures and a standard confidentiality agreement. After reviewing these documents, Naftogaz will send the contractor a commercial offer.

Naftogaz reserves the right to accept or reject any request to use gas transmission capacities prior to concluding an agreement as well as to cancel acceptance of requests for gas transmission capacities at any time without assumption of any liability towards applicants.
