Rosgeologia to construct exploration and appraisal well in Pelyatkinsky gas condensate field

The Holding was decided the winner of the open request for proposals arranged by JSC “Taymyrgaz” (a subsidiary enterprise of JSC Mining and Metallurgical Company “Norilsk Nickel”) for the right to make relevant contract.
The deposit is located in Ust’-Yeniseysky raion of Taymyrsky Dolgano-Nenetsky Municipal District of the Krasnoyarsk Krai.
The well will be constructed for the purpose of follow-up exploration of earlier discovered gas deposit and gas condensate, revised subsurface geology of the deposit, prospecting of new hydrocarbon accumulations in the zone of interest. Its depth will be 2,800 m.
Rosgeologia’s specialists plan to start deploying of the equipment for the project implementation as early as this summer. Plans are to complete works and demobilize drilling machinery by 2017.
