The first start at no load Was Performed at Berezovskaya GRES Power Unit No. 3

The first start of the new power unit №3 of Berezovskaya GRES was implemented on July 10 at 09:34 am (local Krasnoyarsk time). The turbine K-800-240 of the unit 3 has achieved the working rotating frequency (3000 rpm) at no load.

The start was performed to check the quality of turbine shaft assembling and bearing assembly of turbine and generator.

The results show availability of turbine set to pass commissioning tests after balancing adjustment for further commissioning of the unit 3. The balancing bolts setting with following test run has also been performed.
