Rosneft and Tegas Agreed on Cooperation in the Gas Fuel Sector

The document establishes procedures and terms of cooperation between the parties as part of measures to expand the use of Tegas manufactured compressor equipment by the Company. The parties also express their interest to join efforts to develop the market for natural gas as motor fuel and coordinate their actions to develop a gas-fueling stations network and expand the natural gas driven fleet.

After the signing, Igor Sechin said: “Implementation of this Agreement will make a valuable contribution to developing the market for this environmentally oriented fuel and will help to substitute imported process equipment to ensure strategic security and development of the national manufacturing”.

TEGAS President Igor Voroshilov noted that Rosneft, guided by good judgment and pragmatic approach, made the right choice of strategic partner to develop manufacturing of gas motor fuel equipment.
