Rosneft and Alltech Group Agreed on Updated Commercial Parameters of the Deal

The documents were signed by Chairman of Rosneft Management Board Igor Sechin and Alltech Group President Dmitry Bosov.

These agreements follow the framework agreement signed in 2014. The parties decided to update a range of the deal’s conditions due to significant change of macroeconomic parameters affecting the implementation of the project.
