LUKOIL expands production capacities in Volgograd region26.02.15 08:19
 As part of his working trip to Volgograd, Vagit Alekperov, LUKOIL President, along with Andrey Bocharov, Governor of the Volgograd Oblast, assessed the construction progress of the production facilities for the LUKOIL-Volgogradneftepererabotka Refinery (a wholly-owned subsidiary of LUKOIL).
This year, LUKOIL intends to commission a crude-oil-distillation unit, АVТ-1, with a capacity of 6 million tons, and a vacuum-gas-oil deeper-conversion complex in the first half of 2016. It is being constructed in line with the four-way agreement among OAO LUKOIL, FAS Russia (Federal Antimonopoly Service), Rostekhnadzor (Russian Federal Service for Ecological, Technical and Atomic Supervision) and Rosstandart (Federal Agency on Technical Regulation and Metrology).
