RusHydro paid coupons on series 07 and 08 bonds

In accordance with the Decision on securities issue RusHydro made coupon payment on series 07 and 08 bonds with a coupon rate of 8.5% per annum on February 12, 2015 (at the end of the fourth coupon period).

The amount paid totaled RUB 847,600,000, including RUB 423,800,000 on series 07 bonds and RUB 423,800,000 on series 08 bonds. Coupon payment amounted to RUB 42.38 per bond.

In February 2013 RusHydro successfully placed series 07 and 08 bonds in total amount of RUB 20 bn (state registration number 4-07-55038-E and 4-08-55038-Е respectively). The coupon rate for the first 10 coupon payments was set at 8.5% per annum. The issues were included in the in the Quotation list ‘A’ Level 1 on MOEX.
