New Par Value Inter RAO Shares Begin Trading on the Moscow Exchange

Thus the company has executed the decision to increase the par value of issued stocks 100-fold. The decision was made at the AGM in May 2014. The move is set to raise liquidity and investment attractiveness of Inter RAO shares.

Inter RAO shares (ticker symbol “IRAO” remains) are included in the first level listing of the Moscow Exchange.

The trading of company’s Global Depositary Receipts (each GDR represents 100 shares of the new par value) on the London Stock Exchange International Order Book platform will begin on 20 January 2015.
