First transformer batch for FGC UES dispatch finished at the joint venture of Power Machines and Toshiba Corporation

New transformers to be installed at 220 kV Gubernskaya switching station, currently under construction in Tumen.

Earlier this year the transformers have successfully passed a series of routine and commissioning tests at factory testing facility. Power Machines – Toshiba High-Voltage Transformers LLC will also provide mounting supervision and further service maintenance of the equipment.

Currently the company is working on next FGC UES order, manufacturing two 220 kV transformers with capacity of 40 MVA for the purposes of reconstruction of Dalnaya switching station situated on the border of Moscow and Vladimir Regions.

Long-term agreement between FGC UES and Power Machines stipulates meeting the requirements of the power producing company with state-of-the-art high-end equipment and localization of power transformers production in Russia.
