Built from scratch and equipped with power generating facilities by Power Machines, Novokuznetskaya GTPP is commissioned

Novokuznetskaya GTPP is a unique power generating project not only for Kuzbass, but for all the Siberian Federal District. It is the only one major GTPP situated between the Urals and the Far East. The plant was built from scratch in three years. Its nominal electrical capacity totals 298 MW (the plant comprises two power generating sets with nominal capacity of 149 MW each).

Contract for gas-turbine manufacturing and supplying complete with generating sets, along with mounting and adjustment supervision was concluded between Power Machines and Sibirenergoengineering OJSC, prime contractor of the plant construction, in 2011.
Participation of Power Machines in realization of the project on supplying equipment for Novokuznetskaya GTPP is a continuation of successful cooperation with SGC, as Power Machines have also been a supplier of power generating equipment for Belovskaya and Tom-Usinskaya SDPPs supplying two turbines with capacity of 225 MW with two turbogenerators for them for the units No. 4 and No. 6 of Belovskaya SDPP, as well as two steam turbines with capacity of 120 MW each for the units No. 4 and No. 5 of Tom-Usinskaya SDPP.
