«Stroygazmontazh» is performing Georgievsk compressor station reconstruction

The compressor station is situated in the Stavropol Territory near Mineralnye Vody City. The reconstruction is to be performed within the territory of an existent CS and, partially, on the nearby territory. The Customer of the facility is Gazprom Tsentrremont LLC, the Contractors are LLC «Stroygazmontazh» and JSC «Lengazspetsstroy».

The works to be performed by LLC «Stroygazmontazh» comprise two stages. Pursuant to the first stage one more compressor shop, equipped with four gas pumping units (GPU) of 10 MW each, has to be constructed on a new construction site. The shop commissioning is scheduled to the end of 2014. Within the second stage, which will last till the end of 2015, the old units have to be dismantled (6 units with the capacity of 6.3MW each) and replaced by two new units of 10 MW each. Thus the aggregate capacity of Georgievsk CS will be 60MW.

Georgievsk compressor station was commissioned in 1984 for gas supply via Novopskov – Aksay – Mozdok gas pipeline.
