The Equipment of the "Rimera" GroupFactory Is Being Introduced in TATNEFT

The operation of this unit has proved that it successfully replaces three pieces of equipment traditionally used during the cementing job: a pumping unit, a blender and a cement surge tank, thereby significantly reducing the cost of oil and gas wells maintenance.
The eight-by-eight chassis of all-terrain "KamAZ" 63501 is used as a mounting base for the unit.
The design of the pumping unit includes a mixing and surge tank, a dry cement hopper of 4m3 volume, a measuring tank, as well as an upgraded NTP-175 three-plunger pump. Finalization of the pump design has allowed improving the pump operational characteristics and maintainability.
New equipment of "ALNAS" factory, which is a "Rimera" asset in Almetyevsk, is also in the process of testing at the oil fields of TATNEFT. A working group on scientific and technical cooperation was established by the two companies in 2012. A number of projects have been implemented based on the results of the joint work. So, a high voltage motor NPEDT 45-117 manufactured by "ALNAS" successfully passed the final inspection in September. Currently, the equipment is being mounted. Another project is in the process of development:  application of a piston seal section in the wells of TATNEFT at Ashalchinskoye oil field.
