JSC NC "KazMunaiGas" adopts the Experience of TATNEFT

Vladimir Shumskikh, Deputy Chief of OOTiZP (Labor Organization and Wages Office) of JSC TATNEFT, and Alfiya Vasilieva, Chief of the Labor Regulation Office of the Standardizing Research  Station  (NIS) of JSC TATNEFT offered their presentations to heads of labor organization and wages services of JSC NC "KazMunaiGas". The greatest interest of specialists "KazMunaiGas" was evoked by the wage system applied at TATNEFT, as well as the issues of establishing the relationship between the Joint Stock Company and its service companies on the basis of consumption rates of labor and material costs.
NIS of JSC TATNEFT has accumulated unique experience in the regulation of labor, material, transportation costs and current assets quota. This structural division of the Company will celebrate its 60th anniversary this year. Over the history the organization's staff has developed over one million of input costs standards, carried out more than three thousand research studies and produced hundreds of projects to improve business processes and production activities reorganization.
