The crossing over the Mordy-Yaha River on Bovanenkovo – Ukhta gas pipeline was completed

The river crossing’s length amounts to 410 m. The gas pipeline was laid by conventional method that is the laying in the seabed trench. Specific work package was performed, including pigging, gauging and hydrotesting.

The Customer of construction is ZAO Yamalgazinvest.

LLC «STROYGAZMONTAZH» is the General Contractor for construction of seven portions of Bovanenkovo – Ukhta gas pipeline with the total length to the tune of 200 km.

LLC «SGM» is also responsible for the construction of two compressor stations, namely Baidaratskaya and Intinskaya. Let us recall that Baidaratskaya CS is the northernmost compressor station in the world.

Mordy-Yaha is the river on the Yamal Peninsula in Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the Tyumen Region of the RF. Its length is 300 km, the area of the river basin is 8,350 sq. km. It flows from Ozero Yambuto and runs into the Kara Sea by two river branches.
